Do not send returns without prior authorization. Returns are to be sent by UPS directly to our store location at 1240 Duck Road, Suite 4C, Duck, N.C.

Without a sales receipt or other proof of purchase price, we can only offer an exchange or store credit.

Returned items are refunded in the original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges.
